Welcome to Safro Solutions (Appliance Repair)

By using our website (https://safroappliancerepair.com/) and/or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Safro Solutions Appliance Repair provides residential appliance inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services in Los Angeles County, California.

2. Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on service availability and your selected day/time window. While we do our best to arrive within the scheduled window, times may shift due to traffic, emergencies, weather, or parts availability. We will notify you if delays or rescheduling are needed.

3. Diagnostic Fee and Payment

The service call/diagnostic fee disclosed at the time of booking includes inspection and diagnosis.

The diagnostic fee may be applied toward the repair if you authorize the repair. If you do not authorize the repair, you are responsible for the diagnostic fee.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. Estimates and Repairs

Estimates are provided in good faith based on the technician’s inspection, but final pricing may vary depending on parts, labor, and repair complexity. No repairs are performed without customer approval.

5. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, we provide a 60-day limited warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs.

This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, power surges, flooding, pest damage, external causes, normal wear and tear, or unrelated/new issues.

6. Parts

Some repairs may require special-order parts. Special-order parts may be non-returnable or non-refundable once ordered or paid for, depending on supplier policy.

7. Cancellations

Please notify us at least 2 hours before your appointment window if you need to cancel or reschedule. A trip charge or service call fee may apply to late cancellations or missed appointments.

8. Liability

Safro Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, food spoilage/loss caused by appliance failure, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance and work area.

9. Privacy

We collect only the personal information needed to schedule appointments, communicate with customers, bill, and provide services. We do not sell personal information. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

10. SMS/Text Messaging (If You Opt In)

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive transactional/informational text messages related to appointments, scheduling, technician arrival updates, invoices, and customer support.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
