1. Company Information
Safro Solutions is a licensed and insured appliance repair company operating in Los Angeles County, California.
Our services include the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of major household appliances.
2. Service Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.
We strive to arrive within the agreed appointment window; however, times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, emergency calls, part delays, etc.).
Customers will be notified of any delay or rescheduling as soon as possible.
3. Service Call Fee and Payments
Our service call fee is $69, which covers inspection and diagnosis.
If you approve the repair, this fee is applied toward the total repair cost.
If you choose not to proceed, the diagnostic fee remains due.
Full payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept credit cards, cash, check, Zelle, or invoice payments.
4. Estimates and Repairs
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the technician’s inspection.
Prices may vary depending on the actual parts, labor, and complexity of the repair.
No repair work is performed without customer approval.
5. Warranty
Safro Solutions provides a 60-day limited warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs.
This warranty covers defects related to our workmanship or installed parts.
It does not cover:
New or unrelated appliance issues,
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair attempts,
Power surges, flooding, or other external causes.
Warranty service must be requested within 60 days of the original repair date.
6. Parts and Special Orders
Some repairs may require ordering parts.
Once a special-order part is confirmed and paid, it may be non-refundable.
We use OEM or high-quality compatible parts depending on availability and customer request.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service call fee being charged.
8. Liability
Safro Solutions is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to appliances or property,
Data or food loss due to appliance failure,
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Technicians are trained to perform all work safely and professionally, but clients are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to appliances.
9. Privacy and Data
We collect limited personal information (such as name, address, phone number, and appliance details) solely for scheduling and communication.
Your information is kept confidential and never sold to third parties.

10. Legal Jurisdiction
